Nathalie Miebach

[+]

Operating under the concept of “visually listening,” Nathalie Miebach (1972) crafts intricate woven sculptures as tangible interpretations for musical scores based on scientific data she collects from the surrounding environment. Miebach’s beautifully vibrant work explores the symbiotic relationship between science and fine art, numbers and aesthetic beauty. Originally from Germany and France, Miebach holds a bachelor of arts in political science and Chinese from Oberlin College.
