Art Hour with the Gund Gallery

[+]

Art Hour is a new series of art-making workshops intended to engage K-8 children with works in the Gund Gallery collection. In each session, a Gund Gallery Associate will highlight one piece from the collection and walk through a related craft project that can be completed together in real-time over Zoom. Sessions will also be recorded for those wishing to engage on their own schedule!

A photograph of an Art Hour kit opened to reveal the packets inside. One of the projects packest has been opened to reveal all the materials inside to make a festive mask.

Participation is FREE and open to the public. Registered participants will be sent a box containing all instructions and materials needed to complete each craft at home. Registration for this fall is now closed and all kits have been claimed. Adults and children without kits can still participate by gathering the items on the material lists and logging into the instruction sessions on Zoom. The session dates and times are below.
