From South Main Street in downtown Mount Vernon, take Ohio 229 East (East Gambier Street). After about 4.6 miles you will see a Kenyon College sign and you will turn left onto Ohio 308 (Wiggins St). As you drive up the hill, the first street on your right will be Colleg Drive. Turn right onto College Drive and follow the signs to the Chalmers Library parking deck beneath the West Quad. There are numerous spaces available, including designated handicapped spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles. Exit the parking deck through the east elevator or stairs and pass through the Library. Once you arrive outdoors, you will turn south and the Gund Gallery building will be directly ahead. Follow the sidewalks to the main entrance facing Middle Path.
From the north or northwest, take Interstate 75 South to Findlay and exit onto U.S. 23/Ohio 15 South. Take 23 South to Ohio 95 East in Marion. Follow 95 East to Ohio 13 South in Fredericktown. Take 13 South to Mount Vernon. Or take Interstate 71 South and exit onto 13 South at Mansfield. Follow 13 South to downtown Mount Vernon. Parking
The Chalmers Library parking deck beneath the West Quad is the closest parking available for those visiting the Gund Gallery. There are numerous spaces available there, including designated handicapped spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles. You can alternately park in downtown Gambier (public parking is available on Chase Ave., Wiggin St., and Gaskin Ave.) and walk north down Middle Path to the Gallery. Visitor parking spaces are also located at the Church of the Holy Spirit off College Park Street. All parking is free both on the Kenyon Campus and in the Village of Gambier.
